    Kevin and his crew were exceptional in the quality of the painting job. The job covered 7 rooms with walls and ceilings in three separate colors including both baseboard and crown molding, multiple doors and closets - all done superbly. Kevin was on time and on budget with a perfect paint job. I cannot stress how professional the crew was and again the high quality of the work.     If I could give 911 painting 10 stars, I would! I called Kevin on a Sunday and he came out Sunday afternoon to look at my property and give an estimate. Monday he came with paint samples.     911 Houston has came through for Thee Pedicure Parlor! I recently purchased a nail salon and needed a paint contractor. I went on TikTok I contacted a few different contractors, 911 Houston was the absolute best with the price and the work.     We found 911 Painters thanks to my sister in law. And Kevin and his team did NOT disappoint!!! They painted the entire inside of our home, outside of the home as well as patched a few spots that had gotten damaged from a leak. They did the job quickly, but more importantly they did the job RIGHT!!! After they were done we walked the property with the famous blue tape and marked the spots that needed to be touched up. One call and 45 minutes later his guys were there to get it all taken care of! Amazing service and can’t wait to recommend him to anyone needing a painter!!! See more See less

    We had 4 competitive painting companies come to our home to give quotes. We are extremely happy and thankful that we chose “911 Painters” to paint our house. The experience was amazing. I was a little concerned about them matching the paint color, but Mr Perez did match the paint color perfectly! The supervisor , Mr Perez professional manner made us feel even more comfortable throughout this process. The crew was pleasant and friendly, was respectful of the property. After finishing painting the painters asked us to walk around the home to see if everything was satisfactory before leaving. The painters left everything clean. They worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. What we appreciated the most is that Mr Perez thanked us after the painters finished and stated he would return the following morning to do a walk around the home to be sure we were satisfied and collect the final payment.     My fiancé and I had a great experience with 911 painters. In the early stages of finding our colors they brought us a custom popular paint to try, which I thought was very kind as colors of beige and white can be overwhelming. We had them do our entire interior walls, trim, ceiling, and kitchen cabinetry. We did walk throughs with Kevin before the job was complete and we were able to mark areas we wanted to be touched up or cracks they could help fix.     911 Did a great job with our painting project. Below are specific items that were handled well: 1) Expert planning. This included phone calls and in person meetings with Kevin to go over goals and paint choices / design ideas 2) Prep - A lot of work in the cleaning , priming and caulking steps. The job was not rushed 3) Pricing - Not cheap, but a reasonable estimate that included details of what would be included and pricing. Received other quotes that were much higher. 4) Follow up - Crew made sure that everything was “just right” and there were no lingering issues at the end of the job would definitely use 911 for future painting needs!     We received multiple bids for a major, whole-house interior painting project, but 911 Painters and its owner, Kevin Perez, stood out far and above all the others. First, Kevin maintains an incredibly comprehensive web site and social media presence, which allows prospective customers to see very detailed and wide-ranging examples of the company’s work before even receiving a proposal. It really is an impressive portfolio of photographic and video samples that none of the other companies came close to. Second, when we first met Kevin, we were impressed with his innate sense of the intricate and multifaceted painting profession. We sensed immediately that he understood what we were looking for, and we felt that if we hired his company, we would be in expert hands that we could trust. Third, Kevin’s proposal was clear, detailed, and easily adaptable to changes as we ultimately agreed to the scope of work. Even after that, Kevin graciously agreed to expand our project in order to complete some additional painting we hadn’t originally identified. Fourth, once the project began, we quickly realized that Kevin had assembled an amazing team, led by the incredible Jesse as onsite manager. The painting skills exhibited throughout this project (which was complex and involved a MAJOR transformation) absolutely blew us away!     If you are looking for a painter, LOOK NO FURTHER you FOUND THEM!!! Kevin and his team are true professionals. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Your happiness is their number one priority. We had them out to repaint both the inside and the outside of our home so we could get it on the market. They took the time to do everything right, prepped the house, fixed some sheetrock issues and painted EVERYTING. Came out way better than we had expected.     I have never seen a company go above and beyond like this one. I’ve had lots of work done on my house and I know how it usually goes…. The company owner or rep comes out to give me a quote. They ask only a couple of questions and assume I want things done the most standard and popular way, and never explain my full range of options. The work starts and all lines of communication suddenly evaporate, and sometimes I never even see the initial owner or rep again. And finally, the end result is passable but noticeably imperfect. Fortunately, hiring 911 painters showed me that not every company is like this! For my entire-home paint job, Kevin explained every tiny detail and option and accommodated my very non-standard design choices. He was responsive day and night throughout the project for my many questions and my constantly shifting requests (despite my best efforts, I didn’t make things easy for them!). And then, most importantly, the end result was flawless. All of this accomplished on a very tight deadline and with a few other major logistical challenges. Absolute pros. See more See less

    Went above and beyond our expectations! I can’t speak highly enough of this company! We needed our kitchen island painted on a tight schedule and they made it happen with beautiful work and left a clean and tidy space, which was a concern of ours when spraying our island navy but the rest of our kitchen being white. They did such a good job and so quickly that we even asked them to paint a few walls the next day. With short notice, Kevin and his team did a paint match and completed our additional request professionally and beautifully. We will absolutely use 911 painters again if we need any painting done.
