I have never seen a company go above and beyond like this one. I’ve had lots of work done on my house and I know how it usually goes…. The company owner or rep comes out to give me a quote. They ask only a couple of questions and assume I want things done the most standard and popular way, and never explain my full range of options. The work starts and all lines of communication suddenly evaporate, and sometimes I never even see the initial owner or rep again. And finally, the end result is passable but noticeably imperfect. Fortunately, hiring 911 painters showed me that not every company is like this! For my entire-home paint job, Kevin explained every tiny detail and option and accommodated my very non-standard design choices. He was responsive day and night throughout the project for my many questions and my constantly shifting requests (despite my best efforts, I didn’t make things easy for them!). We found 911 Painters thanks to my sister in law. And Kevin and his team did NOT disappoint!!! They painted the entire inside of our home, outside of the home as well as patched a few spots that had gotten damaged from a leak. They did the job quickly, but more importantly they did the job RIGHT!!! After they were done we walked the property with the famous blue tape and marked the spots that needed to be touched up. This included phone calls and in person meetings with Kevin to go over goals and paint choices / design ideas 2) Prep - A lot of work in the cleaning , priming and caulking steps. The job was not rushed 3) Pricing - Not cheap, but a reasonable estimate that included details of what would be included and pricing.
