911 Did a great job with our painting project. Below are specific items that were handled well: 1) Expert planning. This included phone calls and in person meetings with Kevin to go over goals and paint choices / design ideas 2) Prep - A lot of work in the cleaning , priming and caulking steps. The job was not rushed 3) Pricing - Not cheap, but a reasonable estimate that included details of what would be included and pricing. Received other quotes that were much higher. 4) Follow up - Crew made sure that everything was “just right” and there were no lingering issues at the end of the job would definitely use 911 for future painting needs!

If I could give 911 painting 10 stars, I would! I called Kevin on a Sunday and he came out Sunday afternoon to look at my property and give an estimate. Monday he came with paint samples. And Wednesday he started the job! He and his crew were professional, hard working, diligent and thorough. I am beyond pleased and can’t wait to refer him to everyone I know!

Very professional, amazing work

I have never seen a company go above and beyond like this one. I’ve had lots of work done on my house and I know how it usually goes…. The company owner or rep comes out to give me a quote. They ask only a couple of questions and assume I want things done the most standard and popular way, and never explain my full range of options. The work starts and all lines of communication suddenly evaporate, and sometimes I never even see the initial owner or rep again. And finally, the end result is passable but noticeably imperfect. Fortunately, hiring 911 painters showed me that not every company is like this! For my entire-home paint job, Kevin explained every tiny detail and option and accommodated my very non-standard design choices. He was responsive day and night throughout the project for my many questions and my constantly shifting requests (despite my best efforts, I didn’t make things easy for them!). And then, most importantly, the end result was flawless. All of this accomplished on a very tight deadline and with a few other major logistical challenges. Absolute pros.

In the early stages of finding our colors they brought us a custom popular paint to try, which I thought was very kind as colors of beige and white can be overwhelming. We had them do our entire interior walls, trim, ceiling, and kitchen cabinetry. We did walk throughs with Kevin before the job was complete and we were able to mark areas we wanted to be touched up or cracks they could help fix. The paint job from 911 painters has truly transform our home for the better and we definitely recommend this company for other users.

Kevin and his team did a great job! I was facing a deadline to have the exterior of my home painted, and they finished the job much sooner than I was expecting. If I have any more painting needs I will definitely use them again and would recommend them as well.

Very prompt and thorough process

First thing I’ll say is WOW!! 911’s quality of work is above and beyond. We’re talking magazine photo shoot quality! Kevin is a unicorn in the painting world…very rare. He actually cares! He worked alongside his crew making sure the job was perfect. There was a hiccup at first, but Kevin corrected the problem immediately. He wasn’t happy till I was happy…and I’m beyond happy!! Truly a beautiful paint job!

Went above and beyond our expectations! I can’t speak highly enough of this company! We needed our kitchen island painted on a tight schedule and they made it happen with beautiful work and left a clean and tidy space, which was a concern of ours when spraying our island navy but the rest of our kitchen being white. They did such a good job and so quickly that we even asked them to paint a few walls the next day. With short notice, Kevin and his team did a paint match and completed our additional request professionally and beautifully. We will absolutely use 911 painters again if we need any painting done.

911 painters were amazing! They were efficient and did a great job painting my two story foyer. They took the time to cover all my personal items to ensure no paint got on them. When they were done, they cleaned up and it looked as if they hadn’t even been in my home, except for the fabulous job they did on my wall ceiling and trim. I would definitely recommend them.
