In the early stages of finding our colors they brought us a custom popular paint to try, which I thought was very kind as colors of beige and white can be overwhelming. We had them do our entire interior walls, trim, ceiling, and kitchen cabinetry. We did walk throughs with Kevin before the job was complete and we were able to mark areas we wanted to be touched up or cracks they could help fix. Went above and beyond our expectations! I can’t speak highly enough of this company! We needed our kitchen island painted on a tight schedule and they made it happen with beautiful work and left a clean and tidy space, which was a concern of ours when spraying our island navy but the rest of our kitchen being white. They did such a good job and so quickly that we even asked them to paint a few walls the next day. I have never seen a company go above and beyond like this one. I’ve had lots of work done on my house and I know how it usually goes…. The company owner or rep comes out to give me a quote. They ask only a couple of questions and assume I want things done the most standard and popular way, and never explain my full range of options. The work starts and all lines of communication suddenly evaporate, and sometimes I never even see the initial owner or rep again. And finally, the end result is passable but noticeably imperfect. Fortunately, hiring 911 painters showed me that not every company is like this! For my entire-home paint job, Kevin explained every tiny detail and option and accommodated my very non-standard design choices. He was responsive day and night throughout the project for my many questions and my constantly shifting requests (despite my best efforts, I didn’t make things easy for them!). And then, most importantly, the end result was flawless. All of this accomplished on a very tight deadline and with a few other major logistical challenges. Absolute pros. See more See less
We had 4 competitive painting companies come to our home to give quotes. We are extremely happy and thankful that we chose “911 Painters” to paint our house. The experience was amazing. I was a little concerned about them matching the paint color, but Mr Perez did match the paint color perfectly! The supervisor , Mr Perez professional manner made us feel even more comfortable throughout this process. The crew was pleasant and friendly, was respectful of the property. After finishing painting the painters asked us to walk around the home to see if everything was satisfactory before leaving. The painters left everything clean. They worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. What we appreciated the most is that Mr Perez thanked us after the painters finished and stated he would return the following morning to do a walk around the home to be sure we were satisfied and collect the final payment. 911 Did a great job with our painting project. Below are specific items that were handled well: 1) Expert planning. This included phone calls and in person meetings with Kevin to go over goals and paint choices / design ideas 2) Prep - A lot of work in the cleaning , priming and caulking steps. The job was not rushed 3) Pricing - Not cheap, but a reasonable estimate that included details of what would be included and pricing. Received other quotes that were much higher. 4) Follow up - Crew made sure that everything was “just right” and there were no lingering issues at the end of the job would definitely use 911 for future painting needs!
