We found 911 Painters thanks to my sister in law. And Kevin and his team did NOT disappoint!!! They painted the entire inside of our home, outside of the home as well as patched a few spots that had gotten damaged from a leak. I have never seen a company go above and beyond like this one. I’ve had lots of work done on my house and I know how it usually goes…. The company owner or rep comes out to give me a quote. They ask only a couple of questions and assume I want things done the most standard and popular way, and never explain my full range of options. The work starts and all lines of communication suddenly evaporate, and sometimes I never even see the initial owner or rep again. And finally, the end result is passable but noticeably imperfect. Fortunately, hiring 911 painters showed me that not every company is like this! For my entire-home paint job, Kevin explained every tiny detail and option and accommodated my very non-standard design choices. He was responsive day and night throughout the project for my many questions and my constantly shifting requests (despite my best efforts, I didn’t make things easy for them!).
