We received multiple bids for a major, whole-house interior painting project, but 911 Painters and its owner, Kevin Perez, stood out far and above all the others. First, Kevin maintains an incredibly comprehensive web site and social media presence, which allows prospective customers to see very detailed and wide-ranging examples of the company’s work before even receiving a proposal. It really is an impressive portfolio of photographic and video samples that none of the other companies came close to. Second, when we first met Kevin, we were impressed with his innate sense of the intricate and multifaceted painting profession. We sensed immediately that he understood what we were looking for, and we felt that if we hired his company, we would be in expert hands that we could trust. Third, Kevin’s proposal was clear, detailed, and easily adaptable to changes as we ultimately agreed to the scope of work. Even after that, Kevin graciously agreed to expand our project in order to complete some additional painting we hadn’t originally identified. Fourth, once the project began, we quickly realized that Kevin had assembled an amazing team, led by the incredible Jesse as onsite manager. The painting skills exhibited throughout this project (which was complex and involved a MAJOR transformation) absolutely blew us away! The end result was simply the best painting work we have ever seen, and there is no doubt in our minds that no one else could have accomplished it as well as they did.
