This was probably the best experience I've had with a contractor. Very professional throughout the job. My HOA told me my submission was the best they have received. I submitted the color photos Kevin took that had the dimensions and areas to be painted. Received approval from HOA in just ONE day! Kevin came by every day to check on progress and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Martin, the painter was very personable and professional. He answered my questions and responded immediately. Very thorough making sure all the nooks and crannies were painted. When finished everything was cleaned up and a final walk around with Kevin and Martin was done. Very pleased and highly recommend 911 Painting. Five Stars in every aspect. Thanks guys!!

We called 911 Painting to come and take a look at our stucco home that we are planning to sell soon. They answered all of our questions and gave us a list of options for remediation. We decided to contract them to paint the exterior of our stucco home. We are very pleased with the results! We even painted 2 rooms in the interior. Excellent contractor to work with. We had a carpenter come install some new wooden windows on our stucco home in Houston a few months ago, and a tremendous amount of water was leaking inside the home during the past couple weeks when we had heavy rain and it was making it’s way to the framing studs and the OSB boards. Called a few contractors to come and take a look at it and decided to go with Zia since their estimate/proposal for the stucco repair was much more detailed and thorough than the others. (They also offered flexible financing) To Kevin and Rickys recommendation we acquired a stucco inspection. Ricky outlined a few scenarios of what might have happened and how to remediate the situation. Ultimately the window flashing was not properly installed. They were wooden flanged windows and the asphaltic paper was not laid in correctly. Zia’s plastering crew were great they knocked it out in just a few days. Highly recommend! These guys know how to get it done.

Fabian and the guys were on time everyday and they kept the site clean when the day ended. Not a drop of paint on my grass or pavement in sight, ultimately delivering a quality finish. Was recommended to hire 911 by the stucco inspector that came to diagnose the moisture levels on my balcony and I could not be happier with the results! They did a phenomenal job. We have a 10 year old stucco home that needed caulking, sealant and repainting. Received 3 other quotes from other stucco contractors but 911 Painting was the closest to our budget and they a did a fine job. We recently hired 911 Painters to take care of our house. We were looking for painters with stucco experience. Kevin made the whole process pretty easy. From picking colors to doing the final touch ups, there was always a good channel of communication and all of our expectations were met.
